ooc: I don't know where this would go, but I really want to get some of these roleplaying ideas out. Mizuki needs more time to be roleplayed and such.
This is more of an one shot of her feelings, no need to respond to this at all.
This is before moving to Seoul, but it doesn't fall into history as well. It does have to do with Digimon though...
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE PLOT, ROLEPLAY, OR ANYTHING ELSE IN ANY WAY. I wanted to write. @_@

Change was the one word she hated the most, it grabbed at her throat and didn't allow her to breathe naturally. Despite the screams and insisting that she would stay here, nothing had changed and her world had come crashing down on her. A pity, it was really. She had finally adjusted into the city she called home, and Mizuki had finally made friends that she could actually trust.
Lock herself away from new experiences? Ha, what a great laugh! Her parents had pushed themselves into the higher expectations in living, she didn't even consider her as her parents half the time. What was the difference to her parents if she lived in the city of Tokyo or some crowded place like Seoul? They weren't even going to be home half the time, where they?
Her mother was a famous fashion designer who travelled all over the world to promote her new lines that Paris would pick up as their own soon, her father on the other hand was in Seoul already and had begun setting up his new restaurant. It seemed like they were obsessed with themselves, nothing greater or less.
"Hah," she whispered bitterly to herself as she sat in the empty park alone, "It's not like they actually care for me. I live in his shadow and I always will, I was born second and bring nothing but shame to the family."
Looking at her hands, she began to let tears fall down her cheeks. A failure for the family, was she not?
Her older sister was going to go into modeling, following her mother's footsteps in the fashion industry. Her long locks of hair would sweep the cities of New York away. Her twin brother? He had buried himself into books after a certain incident, he could have been an excellent athlete if he didn't quit but that's all their parents cared about. Jae was smart and athletic, he could pull the strings and manipulate their parents to what he wanted. And of course, it was part of the reason of why they were moving. And her younger brother, it was too early to tell. All Mizuki knew was that she was going to be left behind, in the dark and always falling behind.
"You can't always blame yourself or others," a cheerful voice said as she looked around. There was no one there but herself in the park. Who could have said that?
"Because one day you'll regret putting all the weight onto your shoulders, but by then it will be too late," the voice continued on as it reached a more serious note.
"Look to happier note." And with that said, the voice began to fade away slowly. "I look forward to meeting you, if the right path is followed." Mizuki could almost see a light shadow behind the trees.
"God, I am going crazy," the girl thought to herself as she wiped the tears from her face with a slight smile, "But maybe I'll take the advice."
Getting up, the girl picked up her cell phone that sat next to her gently and began to make her way out of the park. As she reached the top of the staircase towards the sidewalk, she looked around to make sure there wasn't someone there and she had missed it.
No one was there.
